The Controller

The controller is a PCB I designed with a MAX31856 for a Type K thermocouple, some FETs to drive solid state relays, and socket headers for a WeMoS D1 Mini. Now we can have our fancy javascript UIs running on our toaster. Never tried hand-soldering a TSSOP before. It went better than one would think.

Installing all the things

All done. Initial testing was done and everything works, but I'm not feeling good about lack of mains grounding and choice of internal wiring.
